Reducing Cellulite – my story

Hi, Maria here and I am about to tell you how I found a way of reducing cellulite once and for all using a brand new set of exercises to reduce cellulite.

First a little about me…

I had never had exactly the “perfect body” but like alot of other women I had no issues about going into a swimming pool. I had what I thought of as normal skin, pretty smooth and without and bumps. All this changed when I noticed that I had a lumpy cottage cheese type appearance to the skin on my thighs and on my backside too. It wasn’t that obvious at first, but then I noticed that it was getting worse. I stopped putting on clothes that might reveal the areas of cellulite and every clothing decision I made was based upon covering the areas of cellulite. thew orst part was I was only a stone or so overweight too.

I looked around on the internet and there seemed to be quite a few anti cellulite treatments such as cellulite reducing pants and anti cellulite creams. I tried one after the other and none of them seemed to be helping. Not only were they not doing anything to help reduce cellulite but they were also quite expensive, so they were a waste of money as well as time and hope.

I was on the net again looking for more ways to reduce cellulite. I came across this new website that was offering a guide that showed the exercises to reduce cellulite. I hadn’t thought that exercise could reduce cellulite before, but I decided to give it a go anyway. I had already wasted money on useless cellulite creams and this guide was being sold for less than what I had spent on just one pot of cream anyway.

I started to use the 22 minutes a day workout each day. It wasn’t as boring as I expected it to be, but I could certainly feel it working! :) I kept this up for around 21 days. After this time I could actually see a definite improvement. I didn’t expect it to start working so fast even though it said I would on the website. I am usually sceptical about this sort of thing, especially after all the cellulite lotion that didn’t do anything. I was actually just hoping that maybe it was going to reduce the appearance of cellulite, I didn’t expect it to actually cure it altogether. But that is exactly what it did.

I kept on going with the workout until my cellulite was gone completely. This was around day 29 I think. Not only had my cellulite been cured but my thighs and backside were harder and more toned than they were before. My butt had been lifted and my legs had more of a toned look that I hadn’t had since college. This was definitely a nice side effect of a cellulite cure! and one that my husband appreciates :)

Foods to reduce cellulite

There are plenty of ways that you can reduce cellulite. Cellulite is such a big problem now that it is estimated that around 80 to 90% of all women suffer from it. It is even the case that there are loads of celebrities witht he lumpy fat problem obvious on their skin. That isbecause most people do not know how to fix the problem. Help is at hand however. This is because I am about to reveal a way to use foods to reduce cellulite.

Yes it is true. The foods that you eat can have a significant impact upon cellulite. This is why you should be paying attention to what you are eating. Foods can can cellulite as well as play a part in reducing it. What you should be doing is eating the right foods to stop cellulite from forming and actually take part in reducing it.

First of all: There are several things that will cause cellulite to form and these are what you should be avoiding in your diet to reduce cellulite:

Saturated fats

These are known to be very bad for you anyway so you shouldn;t be eating them at all for your general health and they shouldn’t be part of a good diet. These horrible fats will contribute to the cottage cheese skin effect on your thighs, butt and stomach so make sure you do not eat them. They are in foods like processed foods, red meats, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, potato chips and more. Generally things that are bad for you and your diet.

Sugars

These are the ultimate way to make yourself fat and overweight. they are also the ultimate way to get cellulite to form. Reduce your intake within your diet and you will be able to see the difference within no time at all.

Cellulite reducing creams

Today I want to talk about cellulite reducing creams. There seems to be alot of confusion about these types of creams and anti cellulite products about and I would like to offer my own experience and insight into how they work, or in the case of most of them how they do not work at curing and reducing cellulite.

The basic idea behind cellulite reducing creams is that you apply them and then they get to work on your lumpy skin and smooth it out to get a better appearance on the area. So how do they even work? They are supposed to give the skin an even tone again dn get rid of any lumps or cottage cheese type appearance that it may have to it. Some work by improving circulation and others are very basic skin smoothers that do not do much to the fat that is in the area at all.

Some people believe that cellulite creams are the best treatment for reducing cellulite. I happen to not agree with this belief. Cellulite is a problem that can be cured and treated with natural solutions and remedies. Creams are expensive and often are most ineffective at treating cellulite. So what are the main anti cellulite reducing creams out there?

1. Popular cellulite cream Revitol

This seems to be quite popular. Its quite reasonable in the price department, but does it work? I have personally tried this one out myself and can say that I found it to work a little bit. Of all the cellulite treatment creams I have tried this one actually did have some effect, but not that much. I suggest that if you really want to try a cream then this one would be the best option. It is relatively cheap and effective at helping to reduce cellulite. If you have bad cellulite then you will probably want to use the revitol cream in combination with exercise to reduce cellulite and good foods and diet to reduce cellulite.

Cellulite Massager

For the best effects when using cellulite creams I would suggest getting a cellulite massager too. These help to increase the blood flow and circulation to the affected areas. You can get these on amazon too

Overall

So to sum up, you can get a little bit of an effect using creams but not that much. If you really want to use creams then I would suggest Revitol for the reasons I mentioned above. The best methods I have found to reduce cellulite are the eating plan and the exercise plan.

Reducing Cellulite Tips

I have come to learn some really good reducing cellulite tips on my battle with cellulite. These are tips that you can use yourself to help reduce your cellulite issue. They do not require any fancy equipment, expensice creams or other useless way to deal with cellulite. They are just easy to use tips!

1. Stop eating bad fats

Bad fats are the saturated variety that cause the blocking of blood vessels which stops the natural flow of blood to your skin. This is not good for overall appearence, but also causes the formation of cellulite. You will find these fats in red meat, butter, potato chips, chocolate, fries, burgers and other processed foods. These cause cellulite to form, so make sure you cut them from your diet to prevent cellulite from getting any worse. You can still eat good fats in foods such as oily fish, nuts, seeds and more.

2. Stop eating sugar

Everyone knows that sugar is bad for you, but it also can cause cellulite to form. Starches does the same thing. This is found in foods like; potatoes, bread, pasta and more. Sugar can be found in all the usual things like; chocolate, sweets, candy and (you guessed it) processed foods. Not only will this help to eliminate cellulite but it will also help to get rid of all the other problems that are associated with eating sugars and starches. Your overall weight will decrease and you will feel much better. You will have a more stablized blood sugar and will crave for sweet things and carbohydrates less. This is more of a preventative measure that will also help to reduce appearance of cellulite.

3. Exercise to reduce cellulite

This is a really effective one. You can take regular exercise to reduce cellulite. You should exercise around 20 minutes each and every day to help eliminate cellulite. A good cardio is very effective such as cycling, swimming, jogging, running, skipping and more. the best thing about these exercises is that they are fun, especially when you are around 5 minutes into them and start to get a natural chemical in your system called endorphines. This will make you feel more positive about exercising and may help to keep you motivated to carry on.

What is cellulite

Cellulite is a problem that has plagued women for many years now. For the first time ever cellulite is now becoming more and more of a problem. Cellulite is basically lumpy fat that can occur anywhere over your body.

This body fat has the lumpy appearance because of the way it has formed under the skin. It is an irritation for alot of women and not really a medical issue, just an appearance one. Lipocontour cellulite reducing pants – my review

Hey there and welcome to my review of lipocontour reducing pants. I have decided to write a little review of my experience with these pants for others who are thinking of buying them.

There are plenty of anti cellulite products out there that claim they will fix your cellulite problems and be effective in reducing cellulite if you just buy their product. But do these claims really provide the answers you have been looking for? I tried these pants and found them to actually work somewhat.

As some of you who have already read my blog already know I have tried several anti cellulite products. These included expensive creams that I got off the internet. These aren’t just for sale online either. You can get them in some physical stores too.

I tried two different creams. The first one didn’t seem to be doing anything at all. I gave it a go for a couple of weeks but got really demotivated so decided to ditch it and try something else instead. The second cream did seem to work a little bit, or perhaps it was just my imagination.It was costing me alot of cash so I decided to stop using it. For the amount of money I was paying I couldn’t be sure that it was even working. i have reason to believe it was the actual act of massaging the cream into my cellulite affected areas that was reducing it anyway.

But moving on… I tried these lipocontour reducing pants. This was quite interesting. All you had to do was just wear these pants and they would make my cellulite go away? I was a little doubtful but tried them anyway. they seemed to be getting some good reviews. I actually did see an improvement whilst wearing these pants. I know some people who have some really good results. I had even better results though by using a new exercise regime developed by a personal trainer. This is the most effective treatment for cellulite that I have seen so far. I highly recommend it if you are serious about wanting to get rid of your cellulite.
